Abstract
The article presents studies on antimicrobial activity of wool obtained by the sol-gel method. Antimicrobial treatment was carried out in an alcoholic solution of zinc acetate, with the addition of lactic acid. Antimicrobial activity of modified materials was determined in relation to test cultures B.cereus, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeroginosa. It is established that the studied tissue samples have a stable antiseptic effect. Based on the results of the scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive x-ray analysis, quantitative content of substances on textile fibers was determined. The influence of compositions on the properties of textile materials is studied.

Abstract
The article presents the results of research of marking of sunflower oil from various domestic producers. Labeling of samples of bottled vegetable oil produced by JSC "May" (trademark "Zabota" and "Maslozavod No. 1), Eurasian Foods Corporation" (trade mark "Masterpiece") and LLP "Aktobe Foods" (trade mark "Summer", "Golden Seed", "Housewife") was investigated for compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the customs union for oil and fat products, technical regulations of the customs union on the labeling of food products. Tested samples of sunflower oil produced domestically by AO M (trademark "Care" and "Oil Factory No.1), JSC "Eurasian Foods Corporation" (trade mark "Masterpiece") and LLP" Aktobe Foods "(trademark" Summer", "Golden Seed", "Housewife"), contain all the necessary information on the marking in accordance with TR ТС 022/2011 and ТР ТС 024/2011.

Abstract
The article presents production technologies of ice cream on the basis of mare’s milk. New methods and main treatment-prophylactic properties areconsideredby the basis of mare’s milk of production of icecream. The main objective of this work is to improve the nutrition and biological value of ice cream on the basis ofmare’s milk and to improve technology of new useful product for a human body. Biochemical indicators of ice cream based on mare's milk have been studied. The developed product meets all the regulatory requirements for the quality of ice cream.

Abstract
It has been shown that solutions of surfactant compositions have a high wetting effect and a low surface activity as compared to the individual components. To improve the wetting effect of polymers, the effect of the surface active substance OP-10 was investigated. Wetting of PHGMH on teflon has improved by the action of surfactant. The influence of solutions of PHGMH, OP-10 and PHGMH/OP-10 on the germination of vegetable seeds was studied. It was established that the seed germination rate when processing 0.01% of the aqueous solution of PHGMH was 94%, and when treated with the composition PHGMH + OP-10 (with a component concentration of 0.01%) reached 90%.

Abstract
In this paper, the modified continuous sol-gel dyeing technology of textile materials with applica-tion of natural vegetable origin dyes and sodium silicate is explained. The method of dyeing, basedon sol-gel process, with optimal value of regimes is proposed, the influence of the regimes on the mechanical properties of cotton fabricsare researched. The colour fastness for wet/dry friction and light stability against artificial weathering were investigated too. Optimal acid concentrations (20 g/l) were established in the second bath and liquid glass (100g/l) in the first bath, as well as the temperature regime of heat treatment. The proposed continuous sol-gel method increases dyeing speed, comparing with periodic dyeing process with natural dyes. Application of this method allows to exceptusing ofenvironmentally harmful components.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to obtain cellulose materials with flame retardant properties using sol-gel technology. The article contains research on the use of sodium silicate and thiourea to impart flame retardant properties to cellulosic textile materials. The influence of the concentration of the initial components, the temperature and the time of heat treatment on the flame retardant properties, as well as the morphology of the processed textile materials, was studied.

Abstract
The influence of the amount of low-fat cottage cheese on structural-mechanical properties of structured systems based on melon concentrate is determined. The strength increase of the system is justified by the formation of a hydrogen-bond networks between protein whey and calcium salts in cottage cheese and pectin melon pulp, stabilized by hydrophobic interactions between their nonpolar areas. The possibility of increasing the elasticity modulus, the equilibrium modulus, the rational plastic yield point, plasticity, and also the values of the stability coefficient, yield is shown by adding in cottage cheese to the system obtained on the basis of melon concentrate.

Abstract
An important way to eliminate the shortage of essential amino acids in the diet is to expand the assortment of foods that are enriched with functional ingredients that have a positive effect on people's health. It is possible to prepare a new assortment of biologically high quality macaroni products through "Taza" grade triticale flour. The main direction of our scientific work is the production of a new type of macaroni product, using high quality of triticale wheat, which is used as a high potential raw material in domestic production, containing biologically active substances. According to the results of the research, it is possible to increase the mass fraction of amino acids: arginine by 0,27%, lysine 0,15%, proline 0,55%, glycine 0,36%, protein by 2,3% by adding the mixture of macaroni flour.

Abstract
The article presents the results of research the possibility of combining the technologies of coloring and water-repellent finishing of textile materials. The results of scientific research of the morphology of surface of treated fiber and the physical-chemical properties of the fabric after finishing by combined technology of coloring and water-repellent finishing were obtained. There were found significant changes of fibers surface after finishing on the proposed technology: a polymer film is formed on each fiber, which imparts hydrophobic properties to fiber and retains its color characteristics. It has been established that the weight gain of the polymer formed on the fiber increases with increasing concentration of used preparations by only 0.01-0.3%. It is established that the developed technology allows to retain maximally the aesthetic, operational and hygienic indicators of textile material.

Abstract
In this article presents the results of researches of sensory evaluation and mineral composition of delicatessen meat products from beef and turkey meat enriched with combined extract. It is established that the introduction of a combined extract in the sausage in an amount of 3% by weight of raw materials improves the taste and aromatic qualities of the finished product. The results of the study of the mineral composition of sausage show that in the test sample macro- and microelements increase from 6% to 41.5% compared to the control sample. These data indicate their high biological value.

Abstract
The article presents the results of studies on the use of non - traditional feed: sprouted sorghum, safflower meal in the production of protein and vitamin supplements for birds. Germination of grain sorghum increased the content of vitamins and minerals compared to the non-sprouted one. The recipes of protein-vitamin supplements with the use of non-traditional raw materials for laying hens.

Abstract
The article investigated the influence of ozone and ion-ozone cavitation treatment of the grain pest. And the degree of contamination by pests of grain stocks. As a result of the study, it was proved that ion-ozone cavitation treatment completely destroys pests and improves grain quality. In the system for protecting grain stocks from pests, the role and importance of grain processing with an ozone-air mixture and ion-ozone cavitation. Within 20 minutes, tests were carried out at different concentrations and exposures. For the destruction of pest stocks, the optimal ozone-air mixture at a concentration of 3.5-4.9 g/m3 and ion-ozone-cavitation treatment at a concentration of 1.4 g/m3/3000 units.

Abstract
The article is devoted to mathematical modeling of the washing process in drum washing machines. The aim of the research is to develop and improve a dynamic model for studying physical processes occurring in the oscillatory system of suspension of drum machines and centrifuges. Analytical expressions in the work, which establish the dependencies of forces acting on the working organs of the device under consideration are obtained. The results of the study can be used in the design of household washing-squeezing machines and centrifuging devices.

In this work are: the analysis of the proposals on the reduction of vertical separation (RVSM), and the work of barometric altimeters, their mistakes diagram of an electronic altimeter based on the measurement of the concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere compared to the concentration in the air dialed at the airport or at the surface of the sea and the analysis of its operation. This is the main gas analyzer device. It contains, using compensation drawings, two concentrate meters, one of them measures the oxygen concentration in the air of an aerodrome or sea surface in a closed cylinder, the second concentrate meter measures the oxygen concentration in the air when flying, compared with the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere, then the meter distinguishes them difference with compensation drawings.

The materials consider the methodology for determining the contractual price for transportation services in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In market relations, the main task is the accuracy and accuracy of estimating the actual costs of the transport service and, as a consequence, the correctness of the price for this service. Abstract
The article deals with the impact of inhibitors based on vegetable raw materials on the corrosion resistance of food industry equipment in aggressive technological environments. The effect of the concentrate inhibitor's influence in the working environment on the basis of technological regulations was studied to justify recommendations on the use of this concentrate in protecting food equipment from corrosion. Recommendations are given on the possibility of using this inhibitor to protect food industry equipment from corrosion.

Abstract

Abstract
Depending on the temperature difference in the electrode spaces, the electromotive force (EMF) and the short-circuit current (TKZ) are determined. The values of the electromotive forces formed and the short-circuit current in the systems Fe2 + ↔Fe3 +, I0↔I-, C6H4 (OH) 2↔C6H4O2, Sn + 2↔Sn + 4, K3 [Fe (CN) 6] ↔ K4 [Fe (CN) 6]. 3H2O. It is shown that at a temperature difference between electrode spaces equal to 70 ° C between graphite electrodes, an EMF of 61.5 mV and TKZ value of 0.04 mA is formed and the influence of electrolysis constructions is studied.

This article presents the mechanisms of contractual participation of transnational corporations in the hotel business. Abstract
This article deals with the issues of specifics speciality "Technology and Design of light industry products" based on the physics course. Taking into account specificity of physics teaching the following principles at Technical University are determined: fundamentalization of technical disciplines and professionalization of the physics course. Practical meaningfulness of the article consists in helping to teachers of physics and profiling disciplines in realization of fundamentalization principles and professional orientation at subject teaching according the preparation system of specialists (light industry).
