Abstract
The paper discusses the development of a new polymer composition based on polyvinylpirrolidone (PVP), benzoic acid and polyvinyl acetate for the antimicrobial and hydrophobic finishing of cotton fabric. The advantage of applying a new composition is the availability of the drugs used , as well as simplicity of the technological process - the finishing is carried out on any drying and tentering machine aggregated with padding machine, combining drying and heat treatment. The developed effective composite material is relatively inexpensive, environmentally friendly, and resistant to wet treatments. The study found that the resistance of the treated tissue to biodegradation, compared with untreated increases by 1.5 times, as evidenced by the growth of this indicator to 102%. It was also revealed that the proposed method of finishing at the same time provides an increase in the abrasion resistance of the fabric by 1.6-2.2 times, and a breaking load by 1.1-1.3 times.

Abstract
Disposal of continuously accumulated household and industrial wastes of production and consumption is an acute environmental and economic problem. In this regard, scientific research in the field of waste recycling and analysis of its reuse in production are becoming highly topical. The article examines the consumer properties of needle-punched non-woven materials from waste processing fibers of wool and cotton, as well as to establish the optimal fibrous composition were developed experimental samples of non-woven fabrics with different percentage ratio of fibers. The studied samples of non-woven fabrics were developed by the method of needling of canvases produced from waste of wool and cotton spinning and processing industries.

Abstract
The article describes the developed method for determining the degree of damage to wheat grain by smut fungi, which allows to determine its non-toxic level, increase the measurement accuracy and reliability of the results, to ensure the simplicity of processing the results, to prevent further damage to wheat grain and to ensure its safety without compromising quality. As smut reduces the yield, worsens the quality of grain and grain products, and improving the sanitary condition of grain raw materials is an urgent problem. It was established that the developed method allows to significantly reduce the cost of analysis by 300-320 rubles, reduce the time for analysis by 20-25 minutes, reduce the measurement error from 15% to 10%.

The article contains technical and microbiological data of molecular biological and viral molecular biotechnological characteristics of a two-stage heat treatment. The practical significance of the article-Temperature regimes 60, 65, 70°C retain the basic physical, chemical and technological properties, provide microbiological stability of milk and retain the suitability of its quality when assembling the container up to 72 hours.

Abstract
The relevance and novelty of the work is to develop a method of stabilization solid sodium ferrate by encapsulation, to obtain a «green» technology of wastewater treatment in textile enterprises. The article presents the study of the possibility using sodium ferrate in the technology of wastewater treatment from organic substances using the example of phenol in the textile industry. Here is shown the technology of obtaining encapsulated ferrate using hexane, ethylcellulose and paraffin. Within the study has been established the stability of the encapsulated sodium ferrate in air and alkaline solution and valuated the efficiency of using encapsulated sodium ferrate in the treated of the model solution from phenol, the efficiency of decomposition of phenol in a model solution by encapsulated sodium ferrate is estimated, the rate constants of the reaction of ferrate ions with phenol in an aqueous solution in the pH range from 6 to 10 are found. It is proved that with increasing pH of the solution, the degree of decomposition of phenol decreases. The pH value=6.5 is the most optimal for water purification from phenol using ferrate ions.

Abstract
The article describes the methods of zinc oxide nanoparticles synthesis in an aqueous medium in the presence of a stabilizer of polyvinyl alcohol. Using electron scanning microscopy, it has been shown that there can be formations of zinc oxide nanoparticles of various structures. Optimal conditions have been developed for the treatment of cellulosic materials with zinc oxide nanoparticles. The antibacterial properties of cellulose materials modified with zinc oxide nanoparticles have been investigated. It was also shown that cellulose materials modified with zinc oxide nanoparticles have antibacterial activity against bacteria and molds.

Abstract
This article discusses the allocation of pectin from melons. In the study of technological modes (hydromodule, temperature) to obtain pectin-containing extract from melon pomace varieties «Torpedo», before the implementation of the enzyme preparation is carried out preliminary swelling of raw materials in water at a temperature of 48-500C for 12-15 hours. To work out the technological modes of obtaining pectin-containing extract from melon pomace varieties «Torpedo» by enzyme method, in the beginning worked out the optimal parameters: temperature and hydromodium to obtain pectin-containing extract.

Abstract
Considering that small amounts of dietary fiber in wheat flour, the aim of the work is to develop the formula and technology of wheat bread enriched with high nutritional and biological food fibers. The sample was identified, containing 20% of flax meal, 0.5% of the powder of dietary fiber that meets the standard requirements for all quality parameters of wheat bread with the addition. According to the results of the study, it was proved that this sample has a high protein content and high quality food safety.

Abstract
The article describes the results of a study of native microflora of shubat obtained from the Kazakh Bactrian breed by spontaneous fermentation of raw milk. In the studied samples of shubat, lactic acid bacteria and yeast were the dominant microorganisms. Using the NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System, the following isolates of LAB were identified: Lactobacillus sakei, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus helveticus, Leuconstoc lactis, Enterococcus feacalis, Lactobacillus brevis and Weissella hellenica, as well as such yeast species as Kluyveromyces marxianus, Kazahstan uiosporus and Candida kefir. As a result, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus, Kluyveromyces were a dominant group of microorganisms. In addition, the most common were the species Lactobacillus sakei, Enterococcus faecium and Kluyveromyces marxianus.

Abstract
In order to take into account the actual conditions of the drying process of large-dispersed food materials located in a dense layer, having a different geometric shape, the coefficient of surface efficiency of the dried material is included into analytical description of the vacuum and atmospheric drying processes. The coefficient of surface efficiency of the dried material characterizes the ratio of the actual evaporation surface participating in the active heat and mass transfer to the total one. Experimental study of vacuum and atmospheric drying of large-dispersed materials having the shape of cube, parallelepiped and sphere at height of bulk layer 0,01-0,04 m is conducted. On the analysis of experimental data an empirical equation, allowing with a sufficient degree of reliability to take into account the actual surface evaporation, participating in active heat and mass transfer in processes of vacuum-atmospheric drying of large-dispersed food materials is obtained. The numerical values of the coefficient of surface efficiency of the dried materials with various shapes are determined.

The article analyzes the 7 principles of the international standard related to the safety of dairy raw material and its products.Traditionally, the poor quality of milk produced in the country's farmscommonlyoften due to the lack of a system to ensure its quality. Аt the present stage to guarantee the quality is possible through the introduction of a safety management system and product quality based on the standard ST RK ISO (ISO-International Organization for standardization) 22000:2006 "Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain². This system provides control at all stages of food production, at any point in the process of production, storage and sale of products, where there may be dangerous situations and is used mainly by enterprises - producers of food products.

Abstract
In this article we are talking about the study of breeding biology of dangerous writes cabbage moths the purpose of further use against biological methods of struggle, in particular, the use of radiation and chemical sterilization as an alternative to chemical and agronomic means of baraby. The use of radiation and chemical sterilization is much more effective than chemical and agrotechnical methods of control and, most importantly, does not harm the environment, humans, animals, useful entomophages and microorganisms. The authors found the most active period in the moths first 8-9 days of life. Optimal radiation doses for caterpillars - 4 krad, pupae - 40-60 krad.

Abstract
Results of receiving a diborid of magnesium are given in work by magniathermal oxidation of boron composite compounds at different argon pressures and temperatures. The relevance of a research is proved by superconducting properties of magnesium diboride. Synthesis of magnesium diboride itself accelerates, due to wall burning and thermal explosion of exothermic mixture of the reaction products of magniathermal. It is shown that the use of SHS method at high argon pressure and temperature allows to obtain magnesium diboride of high purity.

Abstract
Results of studying of sorption data and kinetic properties of the new strong-basic Cybber АX-400 anionit in relation to vanillin are given in this work. Optimal conditions of sorption - рН Wednesdays, concentration of solution and duration of sorption are defined. The isotherm of sorption is received and it corresponds to Lengmyur's equation. The mechanism of sorption of vanillin on a strong-basic anionit is offered. The researches conducted in work show efficiency of application of the anionit as a sorbent at extraction of vanillin from water solutions.

Abstract
The article discusses the phenomena of soil salinization in agriculture, causing anotomic changes in the vessels of plant crops, physiological and biochemical changes. The issues of food safety and increasing crop production with the study of salt soil-resistant crops are considered. On the territory of our Republic there are medicinal plants with scientific and practical value, one of these plants is sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.). The literature provides information about the presence of many biologically active substances in the leaves and stems of sea buckthorn. In connection with the above, the study on the scientific and practical justification of the rational use of the above-ground parts of sea buckthorn is relevant. This review article presents the results of modern domestic and foreign research focused on the study of the composition of biologically active substances, pharmacological properties of the fruits and aerial parts of sea buckthorn.

Abstract
Alternative energy source requires the creation of new reserve materials, chemical current sources (HIT) and methods for the production and transmission of energy from its sources to consumption. Optimal designs and conditions for obtaining electrical energy from a backup current source based on pyrotechnic materials zinc and aluminum, which can be applied in the chemical and energy industries, have been developed. The physicochemical data of pyrotechnic compositions based on aluminum, zinc and polytetrafluorinethylenewere studied to calculate the thermal balance of the pyrotechnic reserve power source (PRPS) for practical needs. As a result of the experiment, a comparison of the pyrotechnic compositions based on magnesium and zinc was made and it was found that the compositions based on zinc work more stable and better.

Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of the intensity of urban flow and improvement of the management system of urban traffic flows in a large city of the Republic of Kazakhstan (on the example of Almaty). Urban road transport has become an integral part of the modern life of the population. It affects not only the economic, but also the social development of the city. Radical improvement in the conditions of transport in the city, for a long time, can be achieved in the implementation of measures of urban planning: The construction of bridges, tunnels, and the breakdown of new highways. As well as the analysis shows that the situation will significantly allow a complex of activities related to improving traffic management.

Abstract
He article is devoted to the use of the "round table" method in the course of studying the Russian language by students of technical specialties. The practical value of the article lies in the application of this method as a method of problem-based learning in the process of teaching professional Russian to students of the specialty “Biotechnology”. The authors proposed the forms of a round table in the form of training seminars, discussions, meetings, where the teacher and groups of students interact, which alternately become the center of communication and are actively included in the communication process, which affects the development of students' monologic speech skills. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of the round table method prepares students for future professional activities, assumes the implementation of specific professional tasks and makes it possible to test and apply professional skills.

The article shows the actuality of the use of physical tasks in the course of physics as a means of training future technologists of light industry. The work of a light industry technologist is considered by the author as a solution to engineering problems related to the transfer of materials from one state to another.
