Abstract
The effectiveness of the site, designed for monitoring students in the university, is investigated based on an assessment of its download time. The hypothesis of the normal distribution of an empirically found law is tested. The values of the load time are determined - minimal, statistically significant, ranges of changes, which is innovative and practically significant for increasing the efficiency of the site.

Abstract
The article presents the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the average daily diet of students. The results of the survey indicated that they did not comply with the diet: 24% do not have Breakfast, 53% - Breakfast is rare, 23% have Breakfast daily. Among the respondents, 50% - prefer the highest grade bread, 61% of the diet is dominated by pasta, 78% - are fond of fast food, 76%- rarely eat fresh vegetables and fruits. To ensure the normal life and health of students, it is necessary to observe the principles of rational and balanced nutrition, to strive for a better match between the energy value and the quality of the actual composition of diets, eating foods rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.

Abstract
In this article the current problems of ecology connected to interaction of the phosphoric enterprise with the environment with distribution of soluble compounds of phosphorum, formation of the significant amount of waste and harmful bursts are considered. The practical significance of a research is a support of the silicate industry and the construction industry of RK with import-substituting filler for increase in operational properties of materials. The scientific novelty and an entity consists in single-stage heat treatment of the granulated furnace charge on the basis of silicate waste of electrothermophosphoric production. Results of a research is the solution of environmental problems in places of mass accumulation of technogenic electro-thermal slags of phosphoric production; processing of industrial wastes with the organization of production of innovative material - the synthetic vollastonit.

Abstract
In the article the questions of obtaining high-protein feed from secondary resources Breweries for birds, fish and farm animals through microbiological processing of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae-LBD-X1. The received feed for poultry, fish and farm animals on the offered technology allows to receive a fodder product with the increased maintenance micro - and macroelements, vitamins of group "B", the high content of protein increasing by 1,5 times in comparison with the control sample with irreplaceable amino acids and easily digestible carbohydrates.

Abstract
In the presence of wind and the deposition of ice on the overhead power lines, mechanical oscillations of the wires are observed, characterized by a relatively low frequency and considerable amplitude ("dance" of wires). As a result of the “dance”, melting and burning of wires occurs due to short circuits, damage and breakage of supports, garlands of insulators and other elements of transmission lines. The article reviews a brief overview of the current state of the issue and formulates the purpose and objectives of the study. The main goal of the scientific article is the development of an engineering method for calculating the frequency characteristics of a split-phase dance with reference to an anchor span. The basis of the developed method is the analysis of the energy balance of the oscillatory process and the mathematical model of the dance of wires. The problem is limited to vertical one-half-wave oscillations of the split phase. The developed calculation formula establishes the relationship between the frequency of dancing, wind speed, aerodynamic characteristics of the icy wire and the parameters of the overhead line. The formula for determining the dance frequency can be used to solve various applied problems.

The results of the comparative assessment of the nutritional value and granulated fodder with added herbal mixtures. Show results of feeding cattle special recipe. The analysis of the presented data testifies that in the process of feeding with the special recipe there is an increase of mass of cattle, use in feed industry of grass mixtures of alfalfa of 30% and wheat grass of 20% in our country very effectively, accessible, ecofriendly, safely and there is not departure.

Abstract
The article presents materials on the determination milk fatty-acid composition of Holsteincows. The fatty acid composition of the sample by the ratio of the mass fractions of methyl esters of fatty acids corresponds to the ratio of the mass fractions of methyl esters of fatty acids of milk fat of cow's milk, which corresponds to GOST. So, on the sum of saturated fatty acids was - 60.35%. The content of monounsaturated fatty acids was 28.2%, and the sum of polyunsaturated fatty acids was 2.88%.

Abstract
The changes in the complex of microbiological indices - seeding (in cf / ml) Total Aerobic Count (TAC), 106; Enterobacteriaceae 105; Coliform 105; (85%) with the addition of soy flour (15%) - (control sample) and in the meat product from the broiler (85%) with the addition of soy flour from sprouted soybean beans (15%) - ( test sample). The storage period for samples of meat products was up to 7 days at room temperature. Analyzes for microbiological safety were carried out on the first, third and seventh day of storage. In spite of the increase in the seeding of the product (in cfu / ml), it should be noted that the level of E. coli decreased from 8,5*102 до 4,1*102 during storage in the test sample, which characterizes the suppression of the development of pathogenic microflora. In all analyzed samples there were no pathogenic microorganisms, although there were all conditions for their appearance.

Abstract
In this article, we discuss ways to produce combined knitwear on the basis of an elastic weave. The influence of the number of switched off needles is analyzed and a graphic record is given. As well as graphic records of experimental samples were designed by the MODEL program. It has been established that due to the inclusion of the series of smoothness and the derivative of the surface in the structure of the lapel knitted fabric, a decrease in the bulk density, an increase in the form stability and an improvement in the quality of knitwear are achieved.

Abstract
Among the domestic raw materials of plant origin, the main sources of a complex of functional food ingredients, including dietary fiber, vitamin C, flavonoids and organic acids are jid. Jid have a high content of vitamins as (mg / 100 g):β-carotene-8.0 mg, E-3.5 mg, A-5.0 mg, C-10 mg. Vegetable raw materials in sufficient quantities containswater and fat-soluble vitaminsandhave a high content ofmacroelements (mg / 100 g): K-370 mg, Ca-65.0 mg, Mg-69.0 mg, Na-32.0 mg. Results of the study of plant raw materials were the basis for the possibility of combining them in composition of emulsion product with new enhanced functional characteristics. The optimal duration of crushing of the jid is τ - 52-65 and the rotational speed of the working organ is 12000 rpm.

Abstract
In this article we conducted research to develop a fermented milk product based on milk, enriched with bifidobacteria and herbal Supplement, with the aim of increasing its antioxidant and biological properties. It is revealed that the plant composition had a positive influence on the growth and reproduction of lactic acid microorganisms. Enriched by vegetable supplement with high biological and antioxidant activity, the obtaining product has dietary properties and can be recommended for all age groups of the population.

Abstract
For reduce the deteriorating effect of pea flour on the gluten properties and bread volume when it fermented used ionized water. The best properties was achieved by using ionized water with 50 000 unit/cm2 concentration of ion at dosage pea flour in amount 25% to the weight of wheat flour of the first grade. At the same time gluten property based on use ionized water is changing to increase elasticity, bread volume does not concede to dough of control pattern. Presented are the results of our own research, which allows us to judge that the decline in the quality of pasta is due to the transformation of state institutions in the sphere of technical regulation. The result of the study is to determine the benchmarks for the institutionalization of pasta.

Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the nutritional value of bread, the rheological properties of crumb with a different content in its formulation of the "Velikolepnaya semerka" grain mixture. It is experimentally established that the enrichment of wheat bread with the "Magnificent Seven" grain mixture in the interval 15-30% increases the amount of vitamin B1 by 2.5 times, vitamin B2 by 1.9, vitamin C by 2.5 times, respectively; increasing the content of mineral substances: iron 2.26 times, phosphorus and zinc - in 2.3, antioxidant activity is increased by 2.01 times in comparison with the control sample. The optimal dosage was 25% of the grain mixture to the weight of the flour, because when we increased the amount of grain mixture to 30%, a decrease in bread volume was reduced by 17%.

Abstract
In this article the studies of conformity to law of extraction of the combined digister are examined from six curative herbares. Based on the results of the study, it was found that, in combination with 20 parts of hawthorn, 20 parts of sage, oregano, thyme, basil in equal quantities and 2,5 parts of cloves in 40% aqueous alcohol solution is the best option for organoleptic evaluation. Studies have established that from the point of view of the duration of infusion of the combined plant raw materials, the optimal variant of the infusion duration is 4 hours, and the extraction time is 15-16 minutes. The use of low-frequency vacuum ultrasonic extraction allows maximum extraction of a complex of useful substances and shortens the duration of extraction.

Abstract
In this article results of research of fermented milk products of functional purpose are resulted. It is proved that a fermented milk product with prebiotic additives increases the nutritional value of dairy products. Introduction of functional ingredients in experimental samples, in particular crushed sesame and wheat bran, predetermines their functional properties, namely, normalizes the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, increases immunity, strengthens bone tissue and for the prevention of osteoporosis.

Abstract
The article provides an extensive review of literature data on the study of industrial processing of solid domestic waste (SDW). Two types of existing waste-processing plants are considered: some produce compost from garbage, while others burn it. However, to solve the problem, high-tech methods of SDW utilization and its complex processing are required. It is established that the composition of a complex compost may include waste with different properties and characteristics, a correct and competent combination of which will allow obtaining a highly effective organomineral fertilizer.

Abstract
In the pollution zone in the northern Balkhash zone, grassy vegetation was used for gardening. A complex study of the long-term effects of toxic compounds on herbaceous plants has been carried out. In this region, a comprehensive analysis of the current changes in latent vegetation has been adapted, which grow within the sanitary protection zone at a distance of 1-2 km from the source of the waste. In conclusion, the main results of the study were summarized and recommendations were made on reducing or eliminating the impact of industrial wastes on the ecology of the city of Balkhash.

The article gives an extensive review of literature data on the ecology and protection of the saxaul plant, the species of the long-term saxaul of the family of the field, the stages of plant development, the presence of potash and soda in the saxaul composition, and the artificial ways of obtaining black soap from dried saxaul. The prospects of using several types of soap to be obtained by neutralizing carboxylic acids formed from hydrocarbons in petroleum products are considered.

Abstract
In the article, when conducting monitoring studies of potatoes and vegetables, standard and well-known instruments for determining quality indicators and toxicological contamination can be used. Studies of the toxic content of heavy metals in potatoes cultivated in the northern region showed that they do not exceed zinc, copper, cadmium, lead, mercury-free SAR (ACP), and arsenic was not detected. There were no radionuclides of cesium-137 (OB 120 Bq/kg) and strontium-90 (40 Bq/kg) on potato samples (Berry 19 and Nevsky). It was found that the nitrate content (30.4-92.6 mg/kg) was significantly lower during the growing season. Nitrides were not found in the product. Practical value of the work that developed proposals and regulatory information for the study of chemical contamina-tion of potatoes at the cultivation and technical maturity, and evaluation of the food safety, taking into account regional specifics, traditions, food and the realities of food production development, aimed at ensuring the health, economic, benefit and cost-effectiveness of agricultural production is undoub-tedly a priority in the current conditions.

Abstract
The essence of price parity, including in agricultural sector, has been considered. The analysis of price dynamics for agricultural products and prices of purchase of agricultural production means and services has been presented. The methodology and principles of market pricing have been presented. The mechanism of price formation of agricultural products has been presented. Measures to protect domestic grain market and grain products have been proposed. The principles of pricing in agriculture of the EAEU countries have been revealed. On the basis of target price, the guaranteed prices and collateral rates - fixed and set by the State, have been determined. The role and objectives of the State procurement and commodity interventions as the basis for price regulation of agricultural product market have been presented. The authors state that during formation of guaranteed (purchase, collateral) prices, it is necessary to take into account the inflation level and to level wages in agriculture and other spheres of production.

Abstract
The article examines aspects of financial and economic activity of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. The scientific novelty of the study is determined by the cumulative approach to the study of the essence, classification and methods of analysis. The dependence of the number of SMEs, their profitability and loss ratio, as well as their share in GDP on a number of financial risks, has been revealed. Among them, the main ones, which had the greatest impact on the financial stability of the country's enterprises in the period 2006-2017, were identified. The article presents examples of reducing the financial risks for small and medium-sized businesses, applied in the most developed countries.

The factors of international trade related to food security of the EAEU member countries, the growth of agricultural and food products turnover have been considered, in view of the existing and required AIC production volumes aimed to provide the population with food products in the amount of rational norms, as well as the scale of food products mutual trade. The need to focus on food self-sufficiency (indicators of physical and economic accessibility, food level and quality) as the main target of national concepts has been noted. Abstract
The article is devoted to the topic of development of the system of certification of ecological tourism. The literature review on the theme of ecological tourism, its tendencies and development forecasts in the world was made, a conclusion was made about the relevance of the topic. The proposed approach is based on the development of the principles of ecological tourism to the level of indicators, as well as reliance on the opinion of tourism subjects. The proposed approach has both national and international significance due to the weak theoretical, methodological and practical development of problems in the world. Only a few countries use a certification system, but each experience requires studying and adapting to national specifics, which is suggested in the article. The approach will allow Kazakhstan to establish its own ecotertification system that will help minimize the damage to nature while increasing interest in ecotourism on the part of foreign tourists.
