Abstract
The article presents the results of scientific research of development of innovative combined technology of coloring and hydrophobic finishing of cellulose textile materials. The developed technology allows to reduce the cost of the applied chemical materials, water, electricity, time. The new technology for coloring and hydrophobic finishing of cellulosic textile materials allows to achieve a high level of water repellency: contact angles reach over 134 °, water resistance reaches 185 mm. of water column; the resistance of textile materials to surface wetting reaches 95 points. The new technology of finishing provides maximum preservation of strength, air permeability of the textile material, its aesthetic, operational and hygienic indicators, increasing the resistance of the material to abrasion and water treatments.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the chemical composition of crushed seeds of leguminous crops. A comparative analysis of the chemical composition of high-quality wheat flour and crushed seeds of leguminous crops is given, a significant superiority of the latter in protein content, dietary fibers and minerals is shown. Theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed the rationality of the use of crushed seeds of peas, chickpeas, beans and red lentils to increase food and biological value, as a component of composite flour mixtures, which are based on wheat baking flour. Seeds of leguminous crops are high in protein, balanced in amino acid composition, minerals and dietary fibers. Leguminous flour (pea, chickpeas, lentils and beans) in comparison with wheat flour contains proteins by 50%, fat by 55%, dietary fiber by 69% more.

Abstract
Laser technology provides advantages in cutting complex geometries, stable cutting quality and the best possible use of leather material. Leather is a suitable material for laser cutting. Laser cutting allows to increase the variety of products, adjust its volume, the use of laser cutting gives flexibility to production, i.e. allows you to quickly move from one product to another by changing the geometry without the need to replace the cutting tool. Laser cutting tests were carried out to determine the optimal parameters of laser cutting. Increasing the laser power twice led to a double cutting speed without reducing the quality of cutting.

Abstract
This study is aimed at studying the properties of artificial leather used in the manufacture of waist clothing. An important aspect in the study of this issue is the environmental friendliness of materials, wear resistance and appearance. This article discusses the issues of its production, technical and economic characteristics. The popularity of artificial leather of famous brands is studied. On the basis of economic, industrial and technical data analysis of this market segment, we can conclude that the use of artificial leather for the production of clothing is justified.

Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of quality management and organization of the system of maintenance and repair of trucks in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For the creation and implementation of the system of technical maintenance and repair (TMaR), support the technical condition of trucks developed a comprehensive organizational-economic model of the organization of Maintenance and repair taking into account the specific conditions of exploitation. The considered organizational and functional model is based on the interaction of information flows. The economic effect from implementation of the Maintenance and repair is achieved through the elimination of time losses due to organizational reasons, the reduction of operational costs and the total amount of the above costs.

Abstract
In this article scientifically substantiates the role of mare's milk in a balanced diet and benefits for the human body. The mass fraction of proteins and fat, acidity, physico-chemical parameters of mare's milk by seasons of the year were studied. The milk has high biological value. According to some authors, in its composition and properties is the most natural food for humans.It is established that Mare's milk on organoleptic, physical and chemical properties is suitable for use as raw materials for production of sour-milk drinks all months of the year, however on hygienic characteristic meets the requirements only 15% of raw materials.

Abstract
The article shows that in order to solve the problems of increasing the production of sheep products at the lowest cost and improve its quality, it is necessary to develop new forage means not previously used in the diets of sheep. Such sources can be feed additives from grape processing waste, containing a sufficiently high amount of easily digestible crude protein, fat, calcium and contributing to the reduction of feed costs for production.

Abstract
The article explores the tearing characteristics of wool felt, depending on their bulk density.When studying the dynamics of the rupture of felt cloths of different densities, the empirical dependence of the tearing characteristics of wool felt on their bulk density was derived.It is revealed that the diagram of the tensile elongation of a felt depending to its breaking load differs from the change in its bulk density, which allows to predict the properties of wool felt that ensure the quality of the preparedcloths.

Abstract
The article provides information on the use of milk fat substitutes in dairy production and its future prospects. Presents physico-chemical characteristics of fat substitutes "Ecolect" company "EFKO". Melting point of milk fat substitute-34-360C. According to the results of the study, the use of milk fat substitute "Ecolact 1403-35" improves the quality of yogurt, and allows you to replace the main raw milk. The fat content in comparison with the control increases by 15-21%. The efficiency of homogenization and organoleptic characteristics in the milk mixture are not reduced.

Research of potato disease of bread from wheat flour of the first grade on technological and bacteriological methods. Flour from three producers was characterized as a weak and medium in terms of contamination by potato bacillus spores.

Abstract
The article presents studies on antimicrobial activity of wool and hemp fibers in the ratio of their percentage mixture. Antimicrobial treatment was carried out in an alcoholic solution of BGKP moldy mushrooms. Antimicrobial activity of modified materials was determined in relation to test cultures. It is established that the studied tissue samples have a stable antiseptic effect zone of enlightenment 2 mm. Based on the results of analysis, quantitative content of substances on textile fibers was determined. The influence of compositions on the properties of textile materials is studied. It is shayn that the properties of textile material do not decrease after using the proposed composition and lose properties.

Abstract
In the article, the authors proposed a promising method for presowing seed safflower seed treatment, which consists in selecting the most valuable and completed seeds. From the initial seed material, which came to the study of germination as a resultof processing on the original vibrosepa-rator, three fractions were selected: light, medium and dense. An experimental study wascarried out to determine the germination of seeds of safflower in the initial and dense fraction in laboratory and field conditions. It wasestablished that the safflower seeds from the experimental batch of dense fraction possess high germination, in comparison with the seeds of the initial batch without preliminary treatment. As a result of presowing seed treatment of the initial and dense fraction, the weight of 1000 seeds increased by 4.72 g, nature by 53.49 g/l, germination energy by 7% and germination by 9%.

Abstract
The possibilities of transition from the practice of approximate determination of deformations of fabrics, clothes by the “Chebyshev networks” method to their accurate assessment are described. The mathematical models for the determination of deformations found by the method of tensor analysis, the results of their analytical and experimental evaluation are presented. These models are given in com-parison with the well-known models of great mathematicians - Chebyshev, Lagrange, Euler, and Cauchy.

Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the costs of combating environmental pollution industry of synthetic leather. The measurement of the cost of damage to the environment is fundamental in accounting for environmental costs, which have a specific unit of measurement expressed in cash. Due to the development of methods of environmental costs and the seriousness of the problems related to environmental protection, the question arises on the necessity of introducing new method of study and measurement, more accurate and closer to reality. In this regard, measures are proposed to modernize the synthetic leather industry, taking into account the costs of environmental protection on the example of Chinese enterprises.

The objects of the study are diesel summer stamps from «ПетроКоммерцОйлКазахстан» and additives brands like «LIQUIMOLY», «FELIX», «ABRO», «HI-GEAR» Were held on the main physico-chemical characteristics of petroleum products, including flashpoint, pour point, cloud point cold filter plugging point temperature limit, kinematic viscosity and fractional composition of petroleum productsin the absence and presence of depressor additives of different brands. Abstract
Use of natural bentonite in drilling industry is one of the important ways to enhance the quality of the well construction and technology. Inhibiting the ability of drilling fluids on the basis of a bentonite dehydrates and strengthens the wellbore, which eliminates the landslides and talus rock. Drilling muds based on natural bentonites have specific properties and, in particular, have a flocculation effect on slurry of drill cuttings. Proposed drilling muds biodegradable and do not require additional measures for disposal.

This article discusses the important areas of the state economic policy to support and develop small business, to stimulate state support for small business. In the course of an expert survey conducted among professionals directly related to small and medium-sized businesses, it was found that in our country the necessary conditions for the intensive development of small and medium-sized businesses. Abstract
Today, mobile information technologies are in high demand among consumers in various sectors of the world economy. In the restaurant business, mobile information technologies are at the initial stage of their development, especially in the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the analysis of the Kazakhstan market of mobile information technologies, domestic mobile applications in most cases represent systems of encouragement and stimulation of repeated calls and automation of service processes, when an effective mobile application for restaurant business should combine not only information load for the consumer, but also processes of relationship management between the consumer and the enterprise. The mobile application should be multifunctional, in accordance with the ongoing service processes at the enterprise: to provide multi-channel integration of processes occurring at the enterprise; to accompany the contact personnel with information about the guest, his preferences and adherents; to automate the collection and processing of data for analytical marketing purposes.
