FOOD AND PROCESSING INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY
Optimal conditions for the processing of hemp materials with copper nanoparticles have been developed. The antibacterial properties of hemp materials modified by copper nanoparticles have been investigated. It has been shown that hemp materials modified by copper nanoparticles have antibacterial activity to bacteria and mold fungi E-Coli, Pennicillium brevi.
In this work, research has been carried out on changes in the linear density of bast fibers during processing on a hammer, clog and carding machine. Physical and mechanical properties of fibers before and after processing are determined. According to the results of the study showed that the linear density of fibers on the meat machine does not depend on the number of treatments, the average fineness of hemp fibers after the meat machine is 25.8 tex. In addition, the study shows that it is possible to offer a technology for processing short hemp fiber, after which you can get a more bleached and thinner linear density fiber. The average fiber fineness after all technological processes on the grinding machine, hammer mill and carding is 21.3 tex.
This article describes instruments for measuring the forces involved in the sliding process during friction of the thread and the forces between the fibers during drawing. A device was developed for measuring the friction forces between fibers based on electric strain gauges and processing their data on a computer. On the device both static and dynamic values of the friction coefficients can be measured. The use of the device I production will make it easy to select lubricants to optimize the processes of drawing textile materials and improve the quality of products by increasing the uniformity of the tape, rovings and yarn.
Significant attention in the article is devoted to the study of different technology of the lobe and the physical and mechanical properties of oil flax fiber and primary processing in relation to Kazakhstan. When studying the technology of oil flax fiber soaking, the task was set of separate the fiber from the stems, removal of lignin and pectin-forming substances. The questions of various technologies of the flax stalks are considered. The most optimal technology for producing textile fiber was determined for the conditions of Kazakhstan. Comparative studies of linear density and length of fibers have been carried out. According to the results obtained, the linear density of the fiber in an aqueous medium is 6.7 T, the result of the treated fiber is 3.1 T. That is, the technology used is to remove lignin and pectin from the fiber.
This work provides for the development of a new composite composition based on substances such as copper sulfate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, benzoin and salicylic acid, intended for the biosecurity of cotton and combined fabrics. The advantages of using a new composite composition are the availability of the drugs used, as well as the simplicity of the technological process. This effective composite compound, developed for antimicrobial treatment of textile materials, is relatively cheap, environmentally safe, and resistant to wet processing. According to the results of the study, it was found that the cotton and combined fabrics presented by the compositions have good antimicrobial properties, as well as are resistant to the effects of microorganisms during consumption.
Currently, the development of technology for functional beverages based on direct-pressed grape juice is a particularly important and urgent task due to the presence of a diverse and affordable raw material base in the South of Kazakhstan. In view of the fact that high temperatures applied for a short time do not have a profound negative impact on the quality of juice, the assessment of heat treatment as a key technological stage that affects the change in the composition of free amino acids in experimental samples of straight-pressed wine juices was carried out. Taking into account the totality of data from the organoleptic and chemical analysis of experimental samples, for the production of juices with a high level of biological value, we recommended the Sensation and Husain red grape varieties with a high set of amino acids after the pasteurization process: 1504.5 mg / dm3 and 1288.8 mg / dm3 respectively.
The article presents research on the development of a biocidal preparation for the appret of cotton textile materials. The appret developed by the authors on the basis of salicylic acid and liquid glass provides high rates of biostability of cotton fabric, does not reduce quality indicators and meets the environmental requirements for appret compositions. The coefficient of resistance to microbiological destruction in cotton textile materials treated with a biocidal preparation in all cases was above 80%. The work also assessed the safety and quality of cotton materials treated with a new biocide.
The article presents a method for increasing the microbiological resistance of textile materials under operating conditions. Studies were conducted using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), maleic acid (MA) and a solution of silver ions (SI). This fabric was treated with an dressing composition to improve the antimicrobial properties of the textile material. In addition, research has been conducted to identify the physical and mechanical properties of samples treated with different concentrations of dressing composition, to prevent negative effects on the protection function and practicality of wear. The study revealed the most optimal concentrations of the composition components: PVA - 8 g/l, SI - 50 ml/l, MA - 5 g/l.

This article presents the results of a study of cleaning the water surface from contamination with petroleum products. Kulantaussky vermiculite, the birthplace of the Turkestan region, was studied as a sorbent. Studies have shown that the modified vermiculite is able to retain the sorbed oil up to 2 days after the expiration of the main sorption time (4 hours). It is established that the oil capacity depends on the thickness of the oil film, the sorption time and the amount of the sorbent taken.

The objects of the study are the summer mark diesel fuel produced by «ПетроКоммерцОйлКазахстан» and depressant additives of «AGA», «MANNOL», «FENOM», «CYCLO C-24» brands. Such physical and chemical characteristics of petroleum products as flashpoint, pour point, cloud point, cold filter plugging point and kinematic viscosity of pure diesel fuel at the presence and absence of depressor additives of brands listed above. The best performance among studied additives is shown by «MANNOL» brand additive.

The article is devoted to the development of technology for obtaining a drug based on aspirin and paracetamol in the form of capsules. Marketing analysis has shown the relevance of the development of medicinal preparations in the form of capsules in Kazakhstan. The main physical, chemical and technological properties of the substance samples were studied. The quality indicators of the initial raw material and the finished product are determined. Technological calculations were performed.
The article presents the results of a study of the anti-corrosion properties of composite materials based on epoxy resin modified with a mixture of AGM-9 and TGM-3 in a ratio of 1:3 and treated with zinc oxide nanoparticles. It is established that the coating of metals with epoxy oligomers and zinc nanoparticles significantly increases their resistance to corrosion. After holding in a 3.5% NaCl solution for 90 days, the hardness of metals without coating decreases by 22%, modified with AGM-9 and TGM-3 composites - by 11%, and modified with epoxy oligomers in combination with zinc nanoparticles-by only 3 %.
The article presents a method for obtaining heterocyclic bromoacetylenic alcohols by the action of sodium hypobromide on cyclic and heterocyclic acetylene alcohols, as well as their acrylic and methacrylic esters using lithium aluminum complexes. The composition and structure of the obtained products were confirmed by the data of elemental analysis, IR and PMR spectra. As a result of the study, it was found that in the presence of lithium aluminum hydride, the product yield in all cases is higher than 80 %.
